Offer Duration: The 1.5% discount is valid for 6 months from the date of the agreement. After 6 months, the provider is required to renew the contract to continue benefiting from the offer.
Billing Fee: If the provider’s collection for the month is less than $20,000, a flat billing fee of $250 will be applied. Any additional services beyond the standard package will be charged separately at the prevailing rates.
Renewal Clause: Upon the expiration of the 6-month period, the contract must be renewed for continued service. Renewal of the contract is subject to the terms and conditions at the time of renewal.
Payment Terms: All payments for services must be made within the agreed payment period. Late payments will incur additional fees as outlined in the contract.
Termination: Either party may terminate the contract with 30 days’ notice, subject to any outstanding fees or obligations. In the case of early termination, the provider may be liable for the remaining payment obligations.
Service Availability: Services will be provided as per the agreed terms in the contract. Any changes in service availability will be communicated promptly.
Compliance with Laws: Both parties agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards during the term of this agreement.
